When you choose to use the external AI model DeepSeek for translation, to generate your translation results, we will send your input text and translation directions (source and target languages) to the third-party AI provider DeepSeek via Caiyun servers for processing.

2. **Shared Data: Text to be translated, translation direction (source and target languages)
3. **Purpose of Processing: Used solely to generate your requested translation results
4. **Data Use Restrictions: The aforementioned data will not be used for advertising, user profiling, or any other purposes unrelated to translation
5. **Your Choice: LingoCloud uses its in-house translation model by default, which does not involve any third-party AI. The aforementioned data will only be sent to DeepSeek for processing if you explicitly select the DeepSeek model in the app and agree to the relevant notice
If you only use LingoCloud’s in-house translation model, your translation content will be processed exclusively by Caiyun’s own services and will not be shared with the aforementioned third party.
